Sue Dinaro, 4th Grade

Hi! My name is Sue Dinaro and I will be the 4th grade teacher at Heritage Heights Academy. I previously taught 3rd grade and look forward to working with 4th grade students. My Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education is from Eastern New Mexico University. I received my Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis on Literacy from the University of North Texas in May 2018. I am so excited to be able to apply what I have learned to the classroom. I am originally from Chicago, Illinois. I have lived in New Mexico and Texas. Colorado is by far the most beautiful state I have ever lived in and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

My husband and I will be celebrating our 28th anniversary this year. I have four children who range in age from 23 to 17. They attend college in both Nebraska and Illinois. We have a full house in the summer and an empty one throughout the academic year. I have enjoyed exploring Colorado and traveling through some of the older towns. I love to read, garden, and spend time outdoors. I look forward to working with students at HHA!
